My name is Meredith James, I am the Founder and Executive Director of Excel Beyond Circumstances. I am the proud mother of 3, in which 1 of 3 has special needs. I am also a Humanitarian with expertise as a motivational speaker, youth mentor, anger resolution therapist, and community leadership. While most of my expertise is lived experi
My name is Meredith James, I am the Founder and Executive Director of Excel Beyond Circumstances. I am the proud mother of 3, in which 1 of 3 has special needs. I am also a Humanitarian with expertise as a motivational speaker, youth mentor, anger resolution therapist, and community leadership. While most of my expertise is lived experience, I am also degreed and certified by way of San Jacinto College District and Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies. As a community leader, I have created 2 very needed and successful programs at the Harris County Jail, Anger Management and Life Skills & Rehabilitation. I also coordinate community-based events to bring awareness to at- risk demographics and at-risk communities. I am a trailblazer for advocacy, prevention, and reform for all communities.
